Do you deliver outside Jordan?

We currently deliver within Jordan only. International shipping is not available yet, but we can help check courier options upon request. International orders require pre-payment and Cash on Delivery is not available.

How much does delivery cost within Jordan?

Delivery fees: Amman (Next Day) 3 JOD, Amman (Same Day) 5 JOD, Other Governorates 4 JOD. Free shipping applies on orders above 99 JOD.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (Jordan only), CLIQ, and bank transfer upon request. Card payments are coming soon. International orders require pre-payment.

What is your return policy?

You may return your order immediately upon delivery if you're not satisfied. After accepting the order, returns are not allowed. If an item is wrong or damaged, we provide free exchange or a refund if the correct item is unavailable.

Can I exchange an item after delivery?

Yes, exchanges are available within 3 days of receiving the order. The customer is responsible for the second delivery fee.
