Return & Exchange Policy

At VIP Time, we take pride in offering you carefully selected, premium products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we believe in being transparent about our return and exchange process.


🔄 Returns (On-the-Spot Only)

  • Customers may return the order immediately upon delivery—right when receiving and checking the item with the delivery representative.

  • If you decide not to keep the product, you can hand it back on the spot and pay only the delivery fee.

  • Once the order is accepted and the delivery is completed, no returns will be accepted.


♻️ Exchanges (Within 3 Days)

  • We offer an exchange service within 3 days from the time the order reaches your doorstep.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us within this 3-day window.

  • The customer is responsible for the second delivery fee for the exchanged item.


🚚 Incorrect or Damaged Orders

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will happily arrange an exchange at no extra delivery cost.

  • If the correct item is not available, we will process a full return and refund.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging intact.

  • This policy applies to all products sold on VIP Time unless otherwise stated in the product description.
