We specialize in selling luxury handbags, accessories, and fashion items.

• Product availability, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice.

• We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; however, exact visual accuracy cannot be guaranteed across all devices.

• Placing an order on our website means you agree to pay the full amount including applicable delivery fees, as specified at checkout.

3. Authenticity & Product Information

• Most of our products are 100% original and sourced from trusted suppliers.

• We also offer some first copy items, which are always clearly specified in the product description, including details about their origin and quality.

• We do not claim official partnership or direct affiliation with the brands featured on our website unless explicitly stated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently offer delivery within Jordan only. Shipping to other countries may be arranged on a case-by-case basis, subject to higher delivery fees, and is not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Delivery within Jordan is available as follows:
  ▪ Amman Next Day: 3 JOD
  ▪ Amman Same Day: 5 JOD
  ▪ Other Governorates: Next day delivery for 4 JOD

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payment Methods

We currently accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) within Jordan

• CLIQ (mobile payment)

• Card payment (coming soon)

International orders, when applicable, require pre-payment and are not eligible for COD.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our full Return & Exchange Policy for detailed information.

• Returns are only accepted immediately upon delivery, if the item is returned on the spot through the delivery company. After delivery completion, returns are not accepted except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

• We offer an exchange service within 3 days from the date of delivery, with applicable delivery fees.
