  We offer on-the-spot returns:

  • You may return the product immediately upon delivery if you’re not satisfied, by handing it back to the delivery driver. Only the delivery fee will apply.

  • Once the order is received and accepted, returns are no longer possible unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

  We also provide an exchange service within 3 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the second delivery fee for the exchanged item.
